Founding survey

Privacy

Names and organisations are required, so that each answer comes from a real practitioner. Only the founding group sees individual answers, and names are never published.

Who collects the answers

The founding group of Central Asia Procurement, convened by João Correia Botelho, until the association is registered.

What is collected

Your answers, your name and your organisation, your email address if you give it, and technical data: a random browser identifier, the time spent on each step and a signal when you start and reach each step, without your answers.

How it is used

The report shows totals, and quotes from the open question only if you allow it and never with your name. Names and organisations are never published and are never linked to answers in the report. If you tick that your organisation may want to partner, the founding group may use its type and sector when deciding whom to invite. Your email address is used only for what you ticked.

Where it is stored

In a Google Sheets file on Google’s servers that only the founding group can open. Contact details are kept on a sheet separate from the answers. Until you send the survey, your browser keeps a draft of your answers on this device.

How long it is kept

Contact details are deleted two years after the survey closes, unless you become a member. Answers are kept without names, for comparison with later surveys.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your data, write to the convenor, João Correia Botelho, through LinkedIn (opens in a new tab).
